Visit the most beautiful palaces and monuments in Marrakech including Koutoubia minaret , Bahia Palace: Built in the late 19th century, the name literally means 'brilliance' and was intended to be the greatest Palace of its time. You will also visit the Saadian tombs, only recently discovered in 1917 and restored. The tombs have, because of the beauty of their decoration, been a major attraction for visitors of Marrakech.

Lunch is included at a restaurant in the Medina  and there will be many photo stops,  stroll through the labyrinth of narrow streets in the old city and visit the famous Souks, selling everything from leather to clothing to spices, visit of the Berber pharmacy to learn more about the traditional medicine.

See the famous Koutoubia Tower, the largest mosque in Marrakech with a 70 meter high minaret. The tower is a great example of Hispano-Moorish art. Continue to the cedar wood domes and marble columns of the Saadian Tombs. Dating back to the time of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur (1578-1603), the tombs were only discovered in 1917 and their subsequent restoration have made them one of the most popular attractions for visitors to Marrakech.
Walking through Jewish quarter Mellah to discover El Badia Palace, built at the end of the sixteenth century by El Mansour Eddahbi, this monument was a real jewel of Islamic art but the Alaouit Sultan My Ismail took all the richest of this palace to build the Meknes City, Now there remains only a huge esplanade carved gardens, planted with orange trees and surrounded by high walls full of a great history. 

 Our last stop will be the Bahia Palace surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with fruit trees and sweet smelling flowers. Built in the 19th century, the palace was intended to be the greatest Palace of its time. This masterpiece palace will end pleasantly your morning before returning to your hotel.

Your Marrakech garden tour begins with an afternoon pickup from your central hotel or riad. Enjoy a scenic calash drive along the city’s fortress with the Atlas mountains as a background, en route to two of Marrakech’s spectacular oases. The Majorelle and Menara Gardens are a haven of peace in a city of chaos.

Your first stop is the world-famous Majorelle Garden, a 2.5-acre paradise of exotic plants and fountains set in the heart of Marrakech. Designed by expatriate French artist Jacques Majorelle, the gardens were inspired by the Art Nouveau movement and reflect Majorelle’s love of flora and fauna. Marjorelle’s studio is now a vibrant museum, which has become known for its deep blue color aptly called “Majorelle Blue.” After being somewhat neglected following the painter's death, the gardens have since been restored to its former glory by Yves Saint-Laurent, whose ashes were scattered in the rose garden.

Continue your tour with a visit of the Menara Garden, at the entrance to the Atlas Mountains. Built in the 12th century by sultan Abderrahmane, the area was his summer residence. Explore the stately pavilion, orchards and olive groves as you stroll the historic grounds.

After the gardens, continue on a horse drawn carriage ride around the city. Pass by the ruins in Hivernage and Mamounia as well as the Agdal Gardens, which are part of the royal domain, before returning to your hotel or riad.

Every day at 3pm we gather together at The Mellah Square known also as "Place des Ferblantiers" where an introduction of the different quarters surrounding is given to you by our Expert Tour Guide. Thanks to its strategic location this vibrant square now is in the junction for 3 mean quarters of Marrakech: The Kasbah and royal section for centuries, The Mellah and former Jewish quarter, Riad Zitoun which connects from here to world known Jamaa Lafna Square.

After a smooth introduction of the flow of the tour we will head to legendary 19th century Bahia Palace. With tickets bought in advance we enter straight away and start our visit. The palace was bought by Ba Moussa trustful Vizir of the King around 1860s where he both worked as an office, for receptions and as a residential. First stop is by the riad this stunning courtyard with beautiful fountain, symetrical fruit trees garden, arches richly decorated with plaster and stucco. A riad in Morocco is a home which has four elements:

1- Be in a Medina ancient town
2- Has a courtyard in the middle with doors, windows facing
3- Garden with fruit trees
4- Fountain to take water and ornamental

The journey through this mystical Palace continue to visit reception rooms where political meetings were held, other riads and squares, gardens and different pavillions.  We have chosen the right time for you to admire the tranquil feel of the most visit historical site in Marrakech.

Not far is The Badii Palace founded by the Saadian royal family in the 16th century to celebrate winning the " The Battle Of The Three Kings " where the Saadian defeated both Spanish and Portuguese penetrating in north of Morocco. The " INCOMPARABLE " was rised up over ground level to show Highness, allow water to flow under it in complicated water system but to admire its gardens from a higher level.
